About us

Kiso Health is building the most empathetic and intelligent therapy platform for people living with schizophrenia. Our app is an MDR-certified medical device that combines evidence-based psychotherapy with cutting-edge AI.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to take full ownership of our AI systems – from developing intuitive user guidance to building smart personalization of therapeutic content.

Your work will be a key pillar of our product strategy – directly impacting user experience, therapeutic effectiveness, and clinical outcomes.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI components for intelligent user guidance and individualized support
• Build a machine learning–based recommendation system for personalized therapy delivery
• Implement and manage LLM applications (API integration, prompt engineering, optional fine-tuning)
• Design safety and explainability features (e.g., SHAP, logging, confidence scoring)
• Collaborate closely with psychologists, UX designers, and product team to align AI logic with clinical needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (MDR, GDPR)
• Work with our CTO to integrate AI into our app infrastructure

🧩 Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or NLP, ideally in a healthcare context
• Strong proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude), prompt design, and API-based deployment
• Familiarity with explainable AI, data logging, and GDPR-compliant architectures
• A drive to build empathetic, meaningful AI – for people who truly need support
